Inkodye fabric printing

Jessica Jones, How about Orange blogger, has a great series of posts about printing fabric using Inkodye, which reacts to sunlight like a sunprint. It looks like lots of fun, and I want someone to try it! I really love the safety pin fabric.

I am meanwhile working away on some quilts, cushions, and other home improvements.

  1. So cool! I wanna try! Guess what I’ve been doing? Shrinking sweaters . . . or “fulling” them as they say in wool speak. Not sure what I’m going to do with them but I have big dreams . . .

  2. Right? Me, too! I was hoarding some old sweaters just for this purpose, but they didn’t make the cut for the move. I have an old Martha Stewart magazine with patterns for felted sweaters–want me to scan it for you?
